Step 01 · Start

Just talk to Alex.
That's the whole start.

Open the app, type what's wrong. That's it. No form, no portal, no leaving voicemails.

  • Open and go. Tap a category or type a sentence. Alex picks up from there.

  • Optional Request Tags. Stick them on walk-ins, fryers, HVAC. Anyone on shift can scan and skip straight into the right thread.

  • Photos, voice, model numbers. Anything you've got, Alex can use.

Step 02 · Describe

Plain words.
Real diagnosis.

Tell Alex what's wrong like you'd tell a friend. Photos, notes, model numbers, whatever you've got. Alex asks the right questions and turns it into a TrueRate™ before anyone drives over.

  • Trades-trained. Alex knows the difference between a stuck contactor and a bad capacitor, and he asks accordingly.

  • TrueRate™, built on real data. Every quote is priced against 104,000+ data points from real jobs, so we send the right tech with the right parts on the first trip.

  • Pick a speed tier. Emergency, Immediate, Urgent, Standard. You decide how fast and what you'll pay.

data points powering every TrueRate™ diagnosis.

Every quote Alex returns is priced against six figures of completed jobs. That's why we send the right tech with the right parts on the first trip.

Diagnoses by trade. HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical. Alex narrows the issue before dispatch.

Priced by region. Labor, parts, and trip fees pulled from local market data so quotes hold up at the job.

Alex gets smarter with every job. Each completed repair feeds back into the model on its own. Diagnoses sharpen, quotes tighten, dispatch gets faster.

  • Vetted, licensed, insured. We background-check and license-verify every tech on the platform.

  • Coming soon: live tracking. Tech name, photo, and their ETA to fix your issue.

  • Recap when it's done. Photos, notes, and the OneTap Guarantee. Filed as invoices in-app.

Let us show you the app in action.

What you actually get

Less chasing. More running your place.

OneTap is built for the people doing the operating, not the IT department. Everything is one tap, one thread, one source of truth.

  • One tap to start

Scan, type, or tap a category. From "what's broken?" to a quote in under two minutes.

  • TrueRate™ quotes

Flat rate, parts at cost, total before anyone shows up. No surprise invoices, ever.

  • Auto recaps

Every job comes back with photos and a parts list. Filed against the equipment.

  • Multi-location ready

Run 3 stores or 30. Manage every request, tech, and dollar from one dashboard.

  • Spend reporting

See where the money's going by site, by trade, by month. Catch the leaky walk-in before it becomes a new walk-in.

  • OneTap Guarantee

Every OneTap job is backed by the Quality Promise.

  • Coming soon

    Preferred Techs

Star the techs that nail it. Their phone rings first the next time something breaks.

  • Coming soon

    Live ETAs

See where your tech is. Get pinged when they're 8 minutes out. No more "they should be here soon."

Common questions

Yes, but really,
how does it work?

Short answers, no fluff.
If yours isn't here, email us.

Do I need to download the app to start?

To begin repairs, the key decision-maker (owner or general manager) needs the app; that's where TrueRate quotes get approved and where multi-location, recaps, and spend reporting live. All other employees and on-shift staff don't need to download anything: they just scan a Request Tag and a web thread opens in the browser.

What's TrueRate?

TrueRate is OneTap's flat-rate pricing system, built on 104,000+ data points from real jobs. Alex uses that data to diagnose the issue and dispatch the right tech with the right parts.

How do I pick how fast someone shows up?

Every quote comes with four speed tiers: Standard (7–14 days, included), Priority (3–6 days, +Blue), Urgent (1–2 days, +Amber), and Emergency (under 24 hours, +Orange). Pick the tier, see the price, approve.

What if the tech finds something else once they're on-site?

They write a change order in-thread. You see the new scope, the new TrueRate, and approve or decline before any extra work happens. No tools come out unless you tap.

Are the techs actually vetted?

Yes. Background check, license verification (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), insurance proof, and a trade-specific skills test before any tech can take a OneTap job. Every visit is rated, and we use that feedback to assign the next one.

How much does OneTap cost?

OneTap is currently $0/month, pay-per-job. You can generate estimates and only have to pay for the jobs you choose to approve. See the pricing page.
