Do you charge differently in different zones?
Materials and labor do shift by zone — pricing reflects what the supply houses near your location actually charge, plus local labor rates. The TrueRate™ engine recalibrates for the metro and neighborhood, so a job in Brentwood and the same job in Clarksville won't be priced identically.
What if I'm in Nashville but my second location is outside your area?
Add it anyway. We can flag the location for dispatch when we expand, and you'll get a heads-up the day coverage opens. Many of our multi-location operators have us watching 2–3 metros.
Are you actually live in Atlanta yet?
No. We're recruiting techs and keeping it in our sights. We won't take a public booking in Atlanta until our bench is ready — that's the whole point of the trajectory.
How do you decide the next city?
Three signals: density of small operators on the waitlist, available tech supply, and whether the local trades are independent or chain-dominated. We favor markets where we can make a real dent for the people running the place.
