What is the platform free?

There's no monthly fee and no contract. OneTap is free to sign up, free to keep, and free to use. You only ever pay when you dispatch a repair, which is labor and parts from your TrueRate™. OneTap takes a small platform fee on labor; that's it.

Is there a subscription or minimum commitment?

No. OneTap is free to use, and there is no minimum number of jobs you must schedule. There are no monthly fees, no contracts, and no minimums. Only pay when you dispatch a job.

What does pay-per-job actually mean?

You're billed per dispatched repair, not per month. Each job carries a flat TrueRate™ estimate before any work starts, labor + parts. If you don't dispatch a job, you don't pay anything.

How fast can I get the job done?

Service Levels (Standard / Urgent / Immediate / Emergency) are picked per job and determine how fast it gets dispatched. The platform is the same; faster service tiers cost more because the techs are pulled off whatever they were doing.

What if I'm not happy with the work?

Every job is backed by the OneTap Quality Promise. If the work fails or doesn't meet standard, we re-dispatch a tech and cover the labor, up to $2,500 per job. Subject to the exclusions in our terms.
